Old industrial building transformed into modern office block with office floors to rent. Vivid colours and unconventional materials create the edifice's characteristic appearance. Localization of the shops and services on the ground floor contributed to the revitalization of the street. The elevations do not have the visible division into the floors and vertical glass stripes add the lightness to the building.
